Agents propose and inspect schedules with c3_schedule (create defaults to autonomy=approval and the session's project; list, get, update, enable, disable, delete, run_now, runs, preview, approvals, status). There is no decide action: approving is human-only, here via `c3 schedule approve|deny`, which joins list/add/show/rm/enable/disable/run/runs/approvals. Registered in _C3_MCP_ALLOW. The Hub gains a Schedules view: every schedule with run now / pause / edit / delete, a strip of approvals waiting on the user with Approve and Deny, the last 30 runs with duration and cost, and a create/edit modal whose cadence field previews the next fires live. Registered as a persisted main_view and bundled with the other hub components. The guide gets a c3_schedule card and the version moves to 2.156.0 with the changelog entry for the series.
