Audit of getting started materials

Docker has a lot of getting started materials, spread across a lot of repositories. Some of them are still current, while many are no longer maintained or even referencing frameworks no longer in heavy adoption and usage.

To help the onboarding user experience, please perform the following steps to help the DevRel team be successful:

1. Get a list of all repositories (including private since they may be about to be released)
2. Filter those that appear to be tutorials/getting started material
3. Add a comment to this thread with the names of those repos
