Summary

  • New top-bar Who is working (W) button with badge count of busy desks
  • Opens a glass panel listing every non-idle agent, sorted by urgency → division → recency
  • Each row shows name, role, live activity, and last-seen time
  • Clicking a row drives store.select(id) which already runs the existing camera fly-to animation
  • Panel auto-closes on select so the 3D scene isn't obscured
  • Keyboard: W toggle, Esc close

Test plan

  • Open the floor in the desktop app
  • Press the new button — badge shows busy count, panel slides in from left
  • Click any row — camera should fly to that desk, panel closes
  • Press Esc or the close button — panel dismisses without selecting
  • Run npm test — passes
  • Run npm run build — clean

New top-bar button (W) opens a glass panel listing every agent that is
not idle — sorted by urgency then division — with name, specialty, live
activity and a staleness stamp. Clicking any row calls the existing
store.select() which already drives a camera fly-to on the agent, then
closes the panel.

Adds a "users" Phosphor icon + counter badge to the hot-desk button.
POST /chat { prompt } streams the reply back over SSE and puts a
"Web Chat" agent at a desk while it works. Replies come from the
Anthropic-compatible proxy (ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL/ANTHROPIC_API_KEY)
rather than the CLI, which cannot route proxy model ids.

UI: a chat button in the topbar opens a panel; Enter to send,
streaming deltas render live. New test/chat.test.mjs covers the
frame contract with a stub proxy.
