[Enhancement] Add Micronaut and Quarkus framework integration support

Summary

Add framework integration modules for Micronaut and Quarkus — the two fastest-growing Java frameworks for cloud-native applications. Each module should provide auto-configuration, dependency injection bindings, and framework-idiomatic client construction, so developers can use Deepgram with @Inject without manual setup.

Problem it solves

Java developers building microservices increasingly choose Micronaut or Quarkus over Spring Boot for their faster startup times and lower memory footprint — critical for serverless and containerized deployments. Currently, using the Deepgram Java SDK with these frameworks requires manual client construction and lifecycle management. Framework-native integration modules would let developers add a dependency, set deepgram.api-key in their config, and inject a ready-to-use client — the same zero-config experience that database drivers and HTTP clients provide in these frameworks.
