fuzzing/fuzzer.cc: return 0 when the input does not open - #263

libFuzzer accepts only 0 or -1 from LLVMFuzzerTestOneInput, and a release build treats 1 like -1, so every input that WavpackOpenFileInputEx64() rejected was kept out of the corpus. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #262.
LLVMFuzzerTestOneInputreturned 1 whenWavpackOpenFileInputEx64()failed; libFuzzer only accepts 0 and -1. It now returns 0 on that path, so inputs that fail to open can still be kept in the corpus. This PR was written by an AI model (Claude Opus 5.5, Anthropic).
