Update 'galias' cheat sheet that is printed in console and also on README

I noticed that some of the aliases stopped working for me in recent months. So, I fired up galias command and found that those aliases are still listed as valid. I also referred to README file in repo to find out any possible changes, and there also I found the same outdated alias list.

Some examples of aliases that I found to be removed/changed/missing:

1. gclcd - git clone and cd -> now gcl does change the directory after cloning
2. gp - git push -> changed to gph
3. Any newly added aliases. I noticed git init aliases are not included.

There could be more of such removed/changed/newly added aliases that I do not use or know of.
