Benquet et al. (Current Biology) and Gonschorek et al. (Scientific Data), both 2026 and both absent from the list. Found by comparing the cited-by sets of the 2015 bioRxiv paper and the 2018 arXiv paper against src/about/publications.md, which was last updated 2026-07-01. Gonschorek states the use directly: the DataJoint database was derived from the djimaging Python package. Benquet's full text carries DataJoint in the methods. Citing works that only reference DataJoint as related work are not included; see the pull request for what was checked and rejected.

Benquet et al. (2026), Current Biology — Visual uncertainty and task demands shape active sensing strategies in mice. Tolias and Mathis labs; several authors already appear elsewhere in the list. Full text carries DataJoint in the methods.
Gonschorek et al. (2026), Scientific Data — A large-scale dataset of functional mouse ganglion cell layer responses. The ALL-GCL dataset, Euler lab. States the use directly: the DataJoint database was derived from the
djimagingPython package. Note this is a different paper from the 2025 Dyszkant et al. entry that already lists Gonschorek as a co-author.Both are peer-reviewed and both are inserted in the existing alphabetical order under 2026.

Citing a paper is not the same as using the software, and this list is for work that relied on DataJoint.

The sweep covers only works citing the two papers named above. Anything that uses DataJoint without citing either — or cites DataJoint Elements or the 2.0 paper instead — is out of its reach.
