Overview

Fixes the UNData auto-refresh failure caused by upstream city renaming in UN Table 240 that triggered check_deleted_records_percent failure.

Changes

1. Place Resolution (UNData_places_resolved_csv.csv):
   • Mapped Manas (Jalal-Abad) Kyrgyzstan -> wikidataId/Q487689
   • Mapped Gulu City Uganda -> wikidataId/Q581379
   • Mapped Hoima City Uganda -> wikidataId/Q1624192
   • Mapped Masaka City Uganda -> wikidataId/Q1032233
   • Mapped Mbarara City Uganda -> wikidataId/Q731039
     (Reduces deleted observations in nodes-deleted.mcf from 25 to 0)
2. Validation Configuration (validation_config.json):
   • Set check_deleted_records_percent threshold to 0.1%.
   • Added check_max_date_freshness using SQL_VALIDATOR to enforce date freshness.
3. Manifest (manifest.json):
   • Linked "validation_config_file": "validation_config.json".
