The databricks CLI v1.14.0 added Git-source deployment to `databricks apps deploy`. Document the new --git-branch, --git-commit, --git-tag, and --git-source-code-path flags in both the options table and the example on the Apps development page. Co-authored-by: Isaac <no-reply@databricks.com>

Overview
The databricks CLI v1.14.0 added Git-source deployment to
databricks apps deploy. This documents the new--git-branch,--git-commit,--git-tag, and--git-source-code-pathflags on the Apps development page, in both the generated options table and the "All Options" example.This also fixes the docs-verify CLI-options check, which flagged the flags as missing after the CLI upgrade.
