Summary
Upgrade the optional Databricks SQL Kernel dependency and lockfile to 1.1.0. The kernel dependency is now stable rather than experimental, as noted in the changelog.
Test plan
poetry check --lock[kernel]resolves kernel 1.1.0pytest tests/unit -m "not realkernel"(1,017 passed)
