Documentation for the eval framework: a new "Evaluating agents" section in docs/docs/plugins/agents.md covering defineEval, assertions, judges, conversations, datasets, the full CLI flag reference, per-directory config, and MLflow reporting.

(Regenerated typedoc API docs will be added here too.)
