Preserve Python callback exceptions across scan modes. Normalize truth-conversion errors to termination. Expand tests and correct docs.
All 12 callback cases pass on Python 3.12/3.14/free-threaded 3.14. Original source fails 4 cases on 3.12 and 5 on 3.14. Standalone 3.14 full debug has an existing Unicode compilation failure addressed by #265; targeted callback tests pass. Combined six-fix debug suites: Python3.9 126 passed/2 skips; free-threaded3.14 125 passed/3 skips. Formatting, source lint and strict docs pass.
