Vitest 5 migration

• migrate the four benchmark suites from top-level bench(...) calls to Vitest 5 test-context benchmarks
• preserve grouped comparison tables with bench.compare(...)
• run single-entry groups with bench().run()
• preserve the intentionally skipped benchmark as a regular skipped test
• retain existing one-time and per-sample setup behavior
• apply benchmark-count-based timeouts for long comparison groups

Release-age policy

The repository's configured 7-day min-release-age policy was preserved without overrides. Vitest 5.0.2 remains excluded by that window, so this PR uses 5.0.1.
