• update the Vitest 4.x packages from 4.1.10 to 4.1.11
• update lint-staged from 17.3.0 to 17.5.1
• update oxlint from 1.78.0 to 1.82.0
• update pretty-bytes from 7.1.1 to 7.1.3
• update Vite from 8.2.1 to 8.3.0
• adjust the vendored GLType initializer to satisfy oxlint's newly enforced no-use-before-define rule without changing behavior

Held back

• Vitest 5, @vitest/coverage-v8 5, and @vitest/ui 5 are intentionally excluded. The official migration guide documents a benchmarking API rewrite that removes top-level bench(...) and bench.skip(...). This repository has multiple benchmark suites with many calls using that API, so the major requires a dedicated, behavior-aware migration: https://vitest.dev/guide/migration/
• @semantic-release/git and lint-staged currently report installed/wanted versions newer than npm's latest dist-tag; they were not downgraded.

CI uses Node 24. Local installation emitted engine warnings because the runner is Node 22.21.1, below requirements already present in the dependency set, but all validations passed.
