For #1972. On top of #2201 (includes its commits; merge that first).

  • The methods that changed a sequence in place before v11 are renamed: partitioned, partitionedByCount, partitionedByList, partitionedByOtherMeterSequence, subdividedPartitionsEqual, subdividedNestedHierarchy, withLevelWeight. The old names raise a MeterException that names the new method, so v10 code such as ts.beatSequence.partition(6) fails instead of doing nothing.
  • Callers in meter, braille, analysis.metrical, the tests, and User's Guide chapter 55 use the new names.

setIndex keeps its name; it is new in v11, so no old code calls it.

ms[i] = x raised "object is not subscriptable" and ms.load() an
AttributeError. Both now say what to use instead: setIndex() and the
constructor.
partition, partitionByCount, partitionByList, partitionByOtherMeterSequence,
subdividePartitionsEqual, subdivideNestedHierarchy, and setLevelWeight
changed the sequence in place before v11. Under the old names, a call such
as ts.beatSequence.partition(6) now did nothing. The methods are now
partitioned, partitionedByCount, partitionedByList,
partitionedByOtherMeterSequence, subdividedPartitionsEqual,
subdividedNestedHierarchy, and withLevelWeight; the old names raise a
MeterException naming the new one.
