Migrate default readers and builders to current context-based constructors, replace deleted typed frees, and compose manifests through a builder. Remove thread-local load_settings and migrate callers to explicit contexts. Update preflight version detection, run threading checks, and document the upcoming breaking change. Pin the preflight to c2pa-rs main at e06865ef4589 and skip the os.fork()-only test on Windows. The latest upstream C FFI builds and the Python unit and threaded suites pass locally. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Compatibility preflight against c2pa-rs main ahead of the breaking-changes release. The preflight is pinned to upstream commit e06865ef4589f4b50560e12198b6377dd4ef8513 (0.92.0-dev) so every platform checks the same source. Enables the existing Unix and Windows build/test matrix. DO NOT MERGE.
