Upgrades all direct dependencies and GitHub Actions to their current supported releases, and aligns local development, CI, and Netlify on Node 26.12.1. Removes the Cypress configuration option dropped in Cypress 16.
Validation: yarn build, yarn test --runInBand, and yarn test-integration.
