README: update with pipx install --force, not pipx upgrade - #31

pipx upgrade skips anything installed from a git URL ("no package index
was checked"), so it never updates Bite. Running the install line again
with --force does.

pipx upgrade bite-checkdoesn't update Bite when it was installed from the GitHub link. On Windows it printed "bite-check is unchanged at version 0.1.0 because it is installed from the local source ... no package index was checked". The README now tells people to run the install line again with--force, which does update it. I checked that here: it reinstalled from main and the new--helpshowed.Assisted-by: Claude Code
