+With offline support enabled (SDK 4.2.0 or later), a message with mentions is sent like any other message: use the overload with `onMessagePending`, `onMessageSent` and `onError`. Offline, `onError` with code `ERROR_INTERNET_UNAVAILABLE` means the message is queued, not failed (with `autoSendPendingOnReconnect` on, the default). Mention fetches run in two phases: `onCachedMessages` delivers the cached page first (even when empty), then `onServerMessages`.
