docs: custom RuleBox theme, home page and Visualizer intro video

A custom bx-sites theme for the RuleBox docs, in the style of the CbGenesis and bx-sites sites, built from the approved mockups.

• Theme override (docs/.theme/): a copy of the stock bootstrap theme plus a new home.bxm landing page (layout: home on docs/index.md) styled by assets/home.css. The sections are:
  • Hero with a live code window and EXECUTED/SKIPPED badges.
  • Video tour.
  • Facts to result flow.
  • Features grid.
  • Code vs JSON.
  • Visualizer gallery.
  • Course band.
  • Platform strip and CTAs.
  • Footer.
• Brand layer (docs/assets/brand.css, via extraCss): ColdBox blue to BoxLang green tokens and an ink dark mode for every docs page. Sora, Manrope and JetBrains Mono are self-hosted (OFL, see docs/assets/fonts/OFL.txt).
• Assets: a RuleBox mark (logo and favicon), plus ColdBox and BoxLang icons.
• Intro video: a 77s H.264 video (2 MB) with a poster. It has a title card, a tour of all five Visualizer screens with live traffic, an outro, and an end screen for rulebox.coldbox.org, with fade in, crossfades and fade out. It is embedded on the home page, the Visualizer guide and course lesson 9.
• Image gallery: screenshots in the Visualizer guide and lesson 9 now use the bx-sites ::: image-gallery with lightbox (imageGallery: true).
• build/video/: a Playwright recording script, a temporary demo handler and an ffmpeg cut script, so the video can be regenerated. build/ is already excluded from the package.

Docs only. No module code changes.

Note: docs/guides/visualizer.md is also touched by one-sentence edits in #30, #35 and #36, so whichever merges second may need a trivial conflict fix.
