Description
Final stacked delivery branch for full Prime Java SDK generation. This PR targets #8 (
toshi/generator-operation-bindings), which itself targets #7.Initial commit adds the checked-in generator configuration boundary consumed by the client-surface generation phase:
Travel Rule→transactionsservice routing;operations-overrides.jsonfor reviewed Java compatibility exceptions.The remaining draft work in this PR will add request, response, service, factory, reconciliation, Makefile, and generated-drift support. It will not replace generated SDK source until the binding contract from #8 is accepted.
