Builds and passes all 20 tests on GHC 9.14.1.

Stackage has no 9.14 snapshot yet (today's nightly is still 9.12.4), so stack-9.14.1.yaml overrides compiler: on a 9.12 nightly with allow-newer, the way codedown's own 9.14 build does. The nightly is 2026-07-31 rather than something newer because later ones pull in hgg, whose generated hackage.nix has an invalid attribute name (3d = false;) and fails to parse.

Two knock-on changes:

  • haskell.nix had to move forward for ghc9141. Upstream master has it, so no fork is needed, but it floors at GHC 9.6 — so 9.2 and 9.4 now go through the haskellNixOld pin that was already here for darwin, which still has ghc928 and ghc948. pkgsOld was previously built with the new haskell.nix overlay; it now gets the old one, and there's a flakeStaticOld for the static variants.
  • The bump moves nixpkgs too, which dropped haskell.compiler.ghc9122 from the devShell (now ghc9141), and the newer snapshot's sandwich 0.3.1.0 changed createProcessWithLogging to also return the output Async.

Depends on codedownio/IHaskell#1 — pinned here at 41564ba.

Verified locally with stack on 9.14.1 (library, exe, both test suites, benchmark; tests pass) and by evaluating the flake targets — 9.2 through 9.12 plus 9.14 and most of the static variants resolve to derivations. The builds themselves are left to CI.

- Stackage has no 9.14 snapshot yet, so stack-9.14.1.yaml overrides the compiler
on a 9.12 nightly, the way codedown does.
- Needs a newer haskell.nix for ghc9141, which floors at GHC 9.6, so 9.2 and 9.4
now build against the haskellNixOld pin that was already here for darwin.
- sandwich 0.3.1.0 made createProcessWithLogging also return the output Async.
