barman 3.20.0 ships a pure-python wheel but declares Requires-Python >=3.12 with no real technical need for it. On debian:bookworm-slim (python3.11) pip refuses that wheel and falls back to building from sdist, which needs the uv_build backend, unavailable even on trixie. Pass --ignore-requires-python to pip so it installs the existing universal wheel as-is. Verified barman-cloud-backup imports and barman --version work on both bookworm and trixie builds. Foundation for #502 (barman 3.20.0 bump): once this merges, rebasing #502 unblocks it. Signed-off-by: Marco Nenciarini <marco.nenciarini@enterprisedb.com>
