docs: announce release 1.30.1 and 1.29.3 - #466

The 1.30 and 1.29 links used the retired /documentation/ path. Current docs site uses /docs/<X.Y>/, causing a 404. Signed-off-by: Marco Nenciarini <marco.nenciarini@enterprisedb.com>
