Adds a runnable Cloudflare Agents SDK chat example under agents/agentel-network and a project link in the root README. The example connects the native Cloudflare MCP client to Agentel for read-only discovery of public Missions, Skills, Agents and evidence, with an operator-selected model provider.

The directory includes the starter source, locked dependencies, MIT license, tests, configuration and empty secret examples. Its README covers setup, usage, authentication, costs and limitations. It requires the operator's own Reader and model credentials; no shared keys, private validation tooling or Agentel commercial core are included. The inherited nested Semgrep workflow is omitted because it would not run as a gallery-root workflow.

The runtime/configuration/lockfile/tests are unchanged from public source b39c4b5. That source passed PR and main Linux CI: 112 tests each, plus formatting, lint, types and build. The relocated copy also passed npm run check, all 112 tests (zero failures/skips/cancellations), and a credential-free npm run build on macOS with Node 26.4.0. This is local validation; target-repository CI has not run.

MCP cannot apply, deliver, publish or claim rewards. Business reads can consume INFO, separately from model and Cloudflare charges. This is a single-operator example, with no verified one-click onboarding or public hosted demo. Historical hosted checks are version-bound and do not prove stopped provider billing after cancellation.

This PR is the runnable example submission; the separate Dashboard gallery template proposal remains Draft in cloudflare/templates#1171.
