examples(pi): move to @cloudflare/computer 0.5

Moves the pi harness example to @cloudflare/computer@^0.5.0. 0.5 replaced the backend's allowGitNetwork option with the ws:git module (createGitModule({ allowNetwork: true })), so the server and docs change with it.

This is the first PR in a stack that deprecates @cloudflare/shell in favour of @cloudflare/computer workspaces. The rest of the stack has Think depend on ^0.5.0, and the repo should have one Computer version, so the pi harness moves first.

The pi harness tests ran.
