• 5625142: feat: support env and env_file in the [machine] section of cartesi.toml

  Environment variables can now be injected into the Cartesi Machine build
  without relying solely on the Dockerfile ENV. Define an env table with
  inline key/value pairs and/or point env_file at a .env file. Precedence,
  from lowest to highest, is: Docker image ENV (when use_docker_env is
  enabled), env_file, then the env table.

• 3415ff8: allow address-book to print a single contract's address when given its name (useful for shell scripting instead of --json + jq)

• 69d59d7: Print logs of the build process when passing --verbose to the build command. It also uses the buildx-metadata generated to recover the image-id not relying on the stdout regardless of the value passed to the --progress flag.

• 1fa0162: Drop the @cartesi/devnet dependency from the image. The anvil state dump is now downloaded directly from the cartesi/dave release selected by CARTESI_PRT_VERSION, so the image no longer ships /usr/share/cartesi/deployments nor DEVNET_VERSION. A PRT_VERSION file is written instead.
