Adds two text soft binding algorithms from Encypher.

com.encypher.text.watermark.1 (watermark, text)

• Encypher embeds an invisible identifier in text when it signs it, alongside the C2PA Manifest. The text renders unchanged.
• The identifier can be extracted from the full text, from a copied excerpt of sufficient length, or from lightly edited text. Encypher resolves it to the C2PA Manifest, including when the embedded manifest has been removed.
• Supports embedding and extraction for manifest recovery. Proprietary; patent pending.

com.encypher.text.fingerprint.1 (fingerprint, text)

• SHA-256 of the Unicode NFC-normalized visible text, computed before any Encypher marks or the embedded manifest are added. Recorded as a 32-byte value in a single block with an empty scope.
• Fully specified, with test vectors, so any repository can compute and index it. Matches exact copies only.

Notes

• Identifiers 57 and 58, as assigned by the maintainers; main merged in to resolve conflicts.
• The schema validates locally with jsonschema validate softbinding-algorithm-list.schema.json softbinding-algorithm-list.json, and both informational URLs resolve.

Thanks. Merged main into the branch to resolve the conflicts, keeping the identifiers you assigned (57 and 58). Entries are ordered by identifier between 56 and 60; the other entries are unchanged, the schema validates, and both informational URLs resolve.
