…a source in install targets.
For sanitizers all code must be compiled with sanitizer support. But when using the dependency of filesystem (and others) it does not compile with sanitizer support as the options where hard wired with flags which don´t propagate. This replaces the flags with the proper B2 features to set the sanitizers globally.
