🤖 Pre-installs upki so every image keeps a local copy of certificate revocation data, refreshed in the background.
image.packages.upki: pre-installed from the bes-tools repo, with its periodic refresh enabled.setup-bes-tools.shalongside bestool, since the common package list installs before the bes-tools repo exists, and pinned to bes-tools like bestool (the archive has no upki before 26.10).upki-fetch.timeroffline in the chroot. No revocation data is baked in; the timer fetches shortly after first boot.test-image-structure.shchecks the binary and the enabled timer.Needs the deb from beyondessential/third-party-builds#27 published first, or the image build fails to find
