Fourier tile at 120 iterations/s (was the engine default of 1), Sierpinski at 240, and the sorting tile's clock line now fills with lanes finished rather than the engine's billion-tick clock. Test pins the sorting fill at 100% when all lanes are done.

…line fills with lanes sorted

The Fourier tile ran at the engine default of 1 iteration/s (a 33-minute
trace); it now uses the lab's 120. Sierpinski runs at 240. LabTile takes
a progress source so the sorting tile's clock line tracks lanes done
instead of a billion-tick engine clock.
