Verify the lab roster and publication attribution rules #22

Implemented and verified in PR #35; merged and deployed. Updated September 10, 2026.

• Confirm the nine current members, roles, order, and PI labels; Rongwu remains current.
• Record reviewed inclusive membership years, preserving Jina’s separate affiliations and all five intentionally omitted alumni ranges.
• Verify current-member scholarly identities; add Rongwu with website/Scholar and two published-paper anchors.
• Apply Tim-plus-another-member screening to new candidates, with review for unresolved dates or identity.
• Add explicit profile author links to all 66 approved publications, including the 23 remaining imported records; remove profile name-matching fallback.
• Verify every profile’s publication count and preserve all 390 observation decisions, targets, and receipts during reassessment.

Historical approved papers remain in the archive, including earlier Tim work. This does not reopen the nine declined cases or imply exhaustive provider coverage.
