Added documentation for the oVirt source configuration and installation instructions.
Added oVirt / Red Hat Virtualization as a source type with installation details.
Added a new section for 'source/my-ovirt-example' with optional configuration parameters.
Add method to check if an object is synced by another source.
Removed the method object_synced_by_other_source which checks if a NetBox object is maintained by a different source.
