Summary

  • replace the upstream-oriented landing page with an AWS Neuron-focused README
  • document the Neuron support matrix, release-branch quick start, AWS documentation, repository guides, and package layout
  • retain the upstream Citation and full license disclaimer while linking to pytorch/torchtitan for the upstream project overview

Validation

  • git diff --check
  • pre-commit run --files README.md
  • verified that the retained Citation and License sections exactly match the release_2.33.0 base README
  • verified that the referenced repository-local documentation and test assets exist
