- `astral-sh/setup-uv@v4` -> `@v10.2.0` in benchmark-regression.yml, build-verification.yml, ci.yml (3 steps), docs.yml, publish.yml, quality-checks.yml, security.yml and tests-extended.yml. - Dockerfile: the pinned uv installer 0.9.28 -> 0.12.21. - `_UV_VERSION` in deploy/modal_app.py 0.11.25 -> 0.12.21. Behaviour notes: - setup-uv stopped publishing major and minor tags at v8.0.0, so the action is pinned to the full release tag; `@v10` does not resolve. - setup-uv v9 made `prune-cache` default to false, so the saved uv cache is no longer pruned before upload. - setup-uv v7 and later run on node24. - `uv lock --check` passes under uv 0.12.21 with the committed lock unchanged; a lock it writes stays `revision = 3` and is read by uv 0.11.x under `--locked`.
