Replace the bundled Asteroid, Tetris and Brickough packages with the exact published Rust 0.1.0 releases. Record their source, digest and passing release identities in internal/starter/SOURCE.json. Independently downloaded packages matched GitHub asset digests, exact-main hosted attestations and production marketplace resolve records.
Keep the original vendored Go packages as immutable ABI compatibility fixtures, separate from installed starters. Exercise both legacy fixtures and current starters at all four densities in the Rust sandbox. Preserve starter-marker behavior and existing local game choices.
Prepare CLI v0.1.1 and publish the seed-table BSD notice as a checksummed, attested standalone release asset. Native archives retain their single executable and existing names. SDK-only releases explicitly leave the CLI's latest-release selection intact.
Validation: local Clippy, workflow/source-policy checks and package provenance checks passed. The complete native, sandbox, CLI, PTY, installer, artifact and vulnerability gate follows this PR.
