Native development tasks need to retain checkout ownership, foreground behavior and clean child environments after removing the deployment runner. Use the pinned tools supervisor and the existing optional ghenv local CLI. No hosted account is required for local development.

The lease covers isolated dependency preparation, application descendants and cleanup. Policy changes during preparation refuse application launch. Stop authenticates to this checkout’s local socket; clean refuses an active session. Native verification retains source/output guards and current-invocation test evidence.

Validation: native task/workflow and reviewed README checks pass. An independent native-command fixture used the actual signed ghenv v0.4.0 archive, confirmed that synthetic parent credentials reach neither preparation nor application, checked preparation ordering, and preserved the child’s exit status. Hosted CI runs the existing complete product gate.
