Allow SOCKS5 UDP response reserved bytes and address types to be configured for malformed-reply tests. Read UDP hostname lengths as unsigned so names up to 255 bytes can be forwarded.
Needed by arvidn/libtorrent#8916 to replace packet-filter mutations with proxy-generated replies. The simulator suite and libtorrent SOCKS5 simulations pass locally on macOS; framing regressions fail against the original libtorrent decoder.
