Problem Description

Need API to get published datasource filtered by datasource type and proxy user.

Description

Add support for getting published datasource by type and proxy user.

Use case

Users can query published datasources filtered by datasource type and proxy user for multi-tenant scenarios.

Solutions

1. Added GetPublishedDataSourceByTypeAction and GetPublishedDataSourceByTypeResult
2. Modified DataSourceInfoServiceImpl to support the new query
3. Updated PES client with new API
