Prepare seqtree 1.3.3 with the completed runtime and packaging audit: automatic native parallelism respects allocation and caps at 16 CPUs, while explicit budgets remain supported. Build binding constraints, bootstrap/docs and private scratch exclusions are reconciled. Audit verification includes 73 C++ cases / 85,253 assertions and native Python checks; release CI must pass before merge and publication. Downstream releases remain gated on actual PyPI availability and fresh installation.
