Bump MahApps.Metro from 2.4.10 to 2.4.11. Version 2.4.10 cannot move windows when running on .NET 10 (MahApps/MahApps.Metro#4554), which broke title bar dragging after the .NET 10 upgrade. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Dragging the main window by its title bar stopped working after the .NET 10 upgrade (#32). This bumps MahApps.Metro from 2.4.10 to 2.4.11 to fix it.
Cause
MahApps.Metro 2.4.10 cannot move windows when running on .NET 10. This is a known upstream bug (MahApps/MahApps.Metro#4554), and 2.4.11 contains only the fix for it.
