The repository rename left the old project name in documentation, source imports, packaging, CI, and benchmark assets. Unify the project as DeepInfer-Lab and migrate the Python package to
deepinfer_lab, including examples, tests, links, asset names, benchmark labels, and the test-model environment variable.CI now checks an installed distribution outside the source tree before running the existing CPU suite. Archived benchmark names and paths are normalized, with a provenance note; measurement values, configurations, and commit identifiers are unchanged.
Validation passed: remote CI (installed-package import and metadata, CPU tests, GPU test collection, compilation); local wheel build and module contents;
uv lock --check --offline; shell syntax; relative documentation links; old-name scan in tracked paths and text; benchmark-record comparison; unchanged logo bytes. GPU execution was not run because this host has no CUDA GPU.
