Appointed maintainers already have merge access, but approval lists or CODEOWNERS can prevent their reviews from satisfying merge requirements. This change recognizes the missing maintainers while preserving existing reviewers, current-head approval checks and independent-review requirements.
Checked CODEOWNERS against the maintainers team and effective repository access. Existing owners remain listed.
Qiang and Pierre have Maintain or Admin access on all 16 current AgenTrust repositories. No branch protection or bypass permissions are changed.
