All three CodeQL action references use the same commit, verified against the v4.38.0 release tag. The update group covers the related actions, and workflow lint, CodeQL, and CI pass on this head.

Update CodeQL
init,analyze, andupload-sariftogether to v4.38.0 (b96794f015dfd88f77b49b1c93e0fa7110f94c63). The original init-only update failed analysis because init wrote configuration for 4.38.0 while analyze still ran 4.37.9.Add a Dependabot group matching
github/codeql-action*so future updates keep these actions together. This includes the pin changes separately proposed in #58 and #57.Validation
git diff --checkpasses.
