Summary

Pins ui/flutter to the merge of Proxy-UI/Proxy-UI-Flutter#37 (41d71a9). That release is CipherRelay 2.0.15, built against native 0.6.13.

What 2.0.15 changes in the UI:

  • QUIC servers are tracked. A server configured over QUIC now shows as its catalogue node in the galaxy, on the dashboard and in the tray. Before, the quic://host config string never matched the catalogue's TCP address.
  • One TCP/QUIC choice on the node map for every node that serves both. It decides what tests, connections and the shown latency use, and connecting uses the chosen carrier.
  • Separate results per carrier. TCP and QUIC latency are stored apart and shown side by side in the node panel.
  • Config dialog: switching the carrier fills in the node's QUIC port.

docs/quic-transport.md now describes how the app picks a carrier and recognises a QUIC server as its catalogue node.

There is no native change in this PR: switch_upstream and node probes already take quic:// endpoints, and native 0.6.13 has no FFI changes since 0.6.11.

Verification

  • UI PR CI: analyze-and-test and windows-desktop passed against native 0.6.13.
  • Locally: 213 Flutter tests passed.

The node map now finds a server configured over QUIC as its catalogue
node, keeps TCP and QUIC latencies apart, and tests and connects over
one TCP/QUIC choice wherever a node serves both. The configuration
dialog fills in a node's QUIC port when the carrier is switched.

No native change: switch_upstream and the node probe already take
quic:// endpoints.

libraries with 16 KB-aligned LOAD segments and a release gate for them (#56),
and the QUIC/TCP switching tracking from #54.
