projects-autodeploy is going public, so builders can install the
virtuals-platformplugin without being given access. This replaces the README line that said builders need read access, and states the rule that goes with being public: nothing secret is ever committed here. App secrets live in each app repo's GitHub secrets, the platform's in this repo's.The history was checked before going public: no keys, tokens or passwords. The only matches were the checker's own detection code.
