Every write carries an item_version inside its signed envelope, and a deletion is a signed envelope too. On pull, a device refuses a signed copy older than the last one the server confirmed. Changes from 0.2.0 apps (no version, unsigned deletions) still apply. Strict mode refuses them; it's built but off. The reference server keeps a deletion's envelope (at most 1 KiB, features.signed_tombstones). vault-conform checks it. Spec and docs updated.
