📚 Description

I am an administrator of Virtual China Southern Airlines, Virtual China Eastern, and Virtual Xiamen Airlines. This PR adds 10 virtual-airline entries in custom-data/airlines.json, including their affiliated operators:

• China Southern: CSN, CSG, SAG
• China Eastern: CES, CSH, CKK, CUA
• Xiamen Airlines: CXA, CJX, HBH

I have combined these entries into one PR to make them easier to review.

For CI checked failed, the reason could be, we are simulating the Xiamen Airlines in real, but there's also an existing virtual airlines called Canadian Xpress operates on VATSIM. Maybe someone need to have a look.

As I have mentioned before,the reason could be, we are simulating the Xiamen Airlinesin real, but there's also an existing virtual airlines called Canadian Xpress operates on VATSIM. Maybe someone need to have a look.
