Stored arrows now retain the receiver from their creation context through a declared closure-environment slot, so moving an arrow onto another object does not change this. FunctionType records arrow kind, and ordinary function expressions retain their dynamic receiver. Capture scanning excludes property-access names that are not variable references.
Validation: fresh typecheck and focused frontend tests (3 passed) on the exact rewritten head. The complete semantic stack at original #425 also passed the frontend build and 622 tests. Rebase preserved the original source tree exactly. Frontend/JSON/model correctness does not establish downstream USVM execution support.
