A cached property callable needs its original this value. Add an optional receiver field to PtrCallExpr in TypeScript and Kotlin, preserve it through JSON/model conversion, and include it once in operand and handler traversal. Legacy JSON defaults to no receiver. This is the shared prerequisite used by iterator, getter and tagged-template lowering.
Validation: fresh typecheck and focused frontend tests (1 passed) on the exact rewritten head. The complete semantic stack at original #425 also passed the frontend build and 622 tests. Rebase preserved the original source tree exactly. Frontend/JSON/model correctness does not establish downstream USVM execution support.
